Dalian Bingshan Metal Technology Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Victaulic International Sarl 51% and Dalian Bingshan Group 49%, located in No. 9 Northeastern 7th Street, Development Zone, Dalian. Set-up in April of 2004, opened formally on May 18, 2005, DBMT is a large size of professional castings manufacturer with above 40,000MT annual sales, covering 56,000㎡, total investment USD25 million.
The main products include Victaulic piping joint fittings, scroll compressor casting parts for Panasonic, rail fastenings for global high-speed railway, hydraulic valves for engineering machinery, which have been exported to above 40 countries and global areas .
Three sets of DISA Molding Lines were introduced from Denmark, and the first class foundry equipment and advanced testing instruments from global market, which have been set to meet the customers’ different requirements on products quality and physical /chemical performance. DBMT has achieved BSI ISO9001:2000 Certificate in June 2006 and Victaulic products have been approved by FM, UL, ULC, LPCB, Vds, SAI, CCCF certificates.
DBMT has above 400 employees currently and more than 50% products for exporting. The rewards for an excellent exporting performance was awarded by Liaoning province government in 2009 and High & New Tech Enterprises Recognition was granted in 2017.
